As part of the Charity Show 2023, Voyages Chartier and Tours Chanteclerc are pleased to offer a trip for 2 people with a total value of $6,000 for a 6-day / 5-night package in Western Canada including the famous Rocky Mountaineer train.

The winner will have the opportunity to choose one of the formulas below:
Option 1: Discovery of the West (departure on one of our groups for the portion from day 1 to day 6, ending in Vancouver: July 17 to 22, 2023 or August 14 to 19, 2023)
- Montreal/Calgary-Vancouver/Montreal air transportation including fees on the first checked bag
- transport for the whole circuit (day 1 to 6)
- transportation aboard the Rocky Mountaineer train for 2 days on “GoldLeaf” service
- hotel accommodation (base 2 pers./room) in 3-star hotels
- meals included: 5 breakfasts +2 dinners +1 welcome dinner with a glass of wine
- guided tour (local guide) of Vancouver
- orientation tours of Banff and Calgary
- entrance fees to national parks
- Athabasca Glacier Ice Explorer Tour
- access to the Capilano suspension bridge
- visit to the salmon pass
Option 2: “First passage to the West classic package” (individual departure in the 2023 season between mid-April and mid-October)
- air transportation Montreal/Calgary-Vancouver/ Montreal
- transfer between Calgary airport and hotel in Banff and transfer from hotel in Vancouver to airport
- transfers between hotels and train stations in Vancouver, Kamloops and Banff
- 5 nights of accommodation according to the program (based on 2 people/room) in 3-star hotels (SilverLeaf category)
- meals included: 2 breakfasts + 2 dinners (on board the train)
- 2 days of train aboard the Rocky Mountaineer in SilverLeaf category
- entrances to national parks
Conditions :
- The winner must book their prize at least 60 days before departure.
- The reservation is subject to availability at the time of booking
- Some date restrictions may apply
- Option 1: if the winner wishes to take part in the entire Discovery tour of the West of Tours Chanteclerc (days 1 to 9), a supplement will apply
- Option 2: if the winner wishes to travel in the GoldLeaf category, a supplement will apply
The winner does not need to be present at the APB party. The draw will take place on Friday, January 20, 2023 at 12 p.m., at the Foundation of the Corporation of Montreal Automobile Dealers Inc., located at 2335, rue Guénette, Montreal (Quebec) H4R 2E9.
